Product Description
UniMabTM protein A affinity resins are made with highly crosslinked polymethacrylate matrices of monodisperse particle size and proprietary, engineered protein A ligand for enhanced chemical stability.
· Monodisperse matrices of high mechanic strength allows fast flow for improved process productivity.
· Enhanced alkaline stability enables efficient cleaning and sanitization using 0.1–0.5 M NaOH for improved resin lifetime, process economy, bioburden control.
UniMabTM 50 is NanoMicro’s first generation protein A resin of robust performance. UniMabTM 50HC has improved dynamic binding capacity.
