Product Description
NanoGel-50SP HP and NanoGel-50Q are, respectively, strong cation (CEX) and strong anion exchange (AEX) chromatography resins made with NanoMicro’s mono-disperse microsphere technology. The base beads are rigid poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) (PS-DVB) beads of uniform particle size and wide pores. They are suitable for large-scale bioprocess purification of large biomolecules such as antibodies, virus or viral-like particles. Both NanoGel-50SP HP and NanoGel-50Q have been applied in the downstream purification of multiple late stage clinical monoclonal antibody drugs. NanoGel-50SP HP has also seen application in the purification of a number of VLPs such as HPV vaccines..
