Product Description
NanoSP and NanoQ are, respectively, strong cation (CEX) and strong anion exchange (AEX) chromatography resins made with NanoMicro’s mono-disperse microsphere technology. The base beads are rigid poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) (PS-DVB) beads..Through polyhydroxyl surface modification, these ion exchange resins are very hydrophilic with low non-specific binding. They are designed for high-resolution ion exchange purification of small to medium size biomolecules such as Insulins and oligonucleotides. Both NanoSP-15L and NanoSP-30L have been applied in the manufacturing of multiple Insulins, while NanoQ-15L and NanoQ-30L have seen applications in oligonucleotide separations.
