WA6 Stand up desk two motor

Item WA6 is research, development, design, produce by ourself. And we already got some technical and design patents. Dual motor lifting three segments structure, adjustable height range is 620mm, can satisfy the most of the crowd siting, standing height. Achieved Healthy, high efficiency working!

And Installation is simple; offers 5-year warranty!

WA6 desk frame adjustable size for 1100-1600mm, you can configure the desktop for 1200-1800mm. Another adjustable distance is 1300-2100mm, you can configure the desktop for 1400-2300mm. Lifting height can be adjusted to 620 ~1270mm. 

Hand control with touch screen operation, and has 2 memory height buttons and one home button, home button height adjustment back to 

720mm. Hand controller can be programmed, you can reset the height.

Three classic colors: white, black and silver are optional.

Motors are used in the product structure, Can load 120kg speed 30mm/s.

1, Using limit switch (mechanical protection)

It will be stop running by toughing the limited switch inside the column when to the maximum and minimum height of the desk. It is unique design in this industry, and we have got the patent for the technical.

2, Unique design for the controller

Full controller box is made of aluminum cover, which needs more technical supports. The design is unique in the market and smart looking! We are applying for patents this moment.

3, Fashion design for the handset

Handset been designed by our cooperation team from Central Academy of Fine Arts, been designed using Apple LCD display and tough screen key press. It is the first time been use in this industry. The handset has two memory keypress and one home keypress. The home press is been set for height at 720mm. This handset is unique in the market!

4, Obstacle activated stop protection function

The product will be stop running when met obstacles. It will well protect for the accident happen if the chair under the desk.

Quality management

We have separate QC team direct report to general manager, they are not belong to the production.

Supplier control:

We inspect every suppliers before we start working with them, then we choose the best one corporation with them.

Material incoming inspection:

For all the material incoming to our factory, we have QC inspection before store the goods into the warehouse.

On line inspection:

We have QC do online checking, poor quality can be foundduring the production, that reduce a lot defective rate to the end inspection.

Finished product testing on the line:

For online assembled every product, we have QC do 100% checking every product and do up & down for test stable lifting, noise.

Set matches test:

Test will be with a suit – handset, controller box. Testing for noisy, lifting stable and surface checking before packing.

Final inspection:

We also do final inspection and make the reports for every order.

Warranty of service

We offer 5 years warranty for both electric and mechanism. If any complain we will replace the new parts to customers.
