This automatic down filling machine is the four filling ports machine, independent operated by 4 workers at the same time.

Each filling port of down filling machine can fill 2500- 3000 pcs per hour ( under 3g for one piece), this down stuffing machine is suitable for filling high quality and small gram piece ( under 3 gram).

We use synchronous independent innovational design. It can be upgraded to be the fully automatic down jacket filling machine by adding the weighting system.
