Technical Features
The crane must be supplied with the telescopic spreader.
All drives for spreader are electro-mechanical.
A length of the spreader should be regulated according to the transportation of 20 - 40 feet container.
Floating twistlocks should be used for container fixation in the spreader. Separation and grip drives should have electrical supply.
The spreader should be hanged on the swing frame of the crane.
Spreader twistlocks must provide the possibility of unevenly placed containers handling.
The spreader should have small foothold in order to handle the containers covered by snow.
The blocking device system aimed to preclude the possibility of spreader lifting after the malfunction of twistlocks should be installed on the spreader. This blocking device system should also preclude the twistlock operation when the container is lifted.
Signaling devices (lamps) confirming the twist lock operation should be installed on the spreader.
