Cold(Electrical) zinc coating line - single wire type

The galvanizing purpose of low carbon steel wire is to protect against rust, let the galvanized layer protect low steel steel wire, extend the service life. Electroplating zinc is characterized by low cost, stable coating, high current efficiency and non-toxicity.

1.  Raw Material：Low carbon steel wire rod（in coils）

The specifications of material Q195 (or similar steel wire rod) φ6.50mm 、φ5.50mm is as follows:

(1) Mechanical Property

- Tensile strength: 315 - 390MPa;

- Yield strength: 195MPa (for wire rod dia. ≤ 16mm)

- Elongation: ≥ 33% (for wire rod dia. ≤ 16mm)

(2) Chemical Composition

Production flow

Wire unreeling stand (rotary type wire payoff ) → straightening → deoiling →

Intermediate tank→ 2 acid pickling baths ( over which an acid mist suction & exhausting unit is fixed)→intermediate tank→water cleansing tank→intermediate tank→5 electro galvansing (zinc-plating) baths [fixed with two high frequency rectifiers, 3000A/10V & 2000A/10V, one piece each）→intermediate tank→water cleansing tank→hot water washing→drying→Model:16/508 wire take-up coiler for coiling galvanised wire →coils removing and weighing →bundling → packing →warehousing and delivery.
