This IGBT ultrasonic frequency induction heating equipment (Bright Annealing machine) is for Diameter Φ9—Φ12.5mm, thickness ,0.5--1.0mm, Material grade 300 Stainless tube heating and cooling, do the solution treatment for tube. This machine is induction heating type, the tube moving along the axis, through the load coil into 1000--1100℃, then through the cooling water jacket quickly, the tube temperature fall to less100℃. Both heating and cooling is covered by shielding gas, so it can make sure the stainless tube bright.
