Steel Pipe Coating machine

Each set of the equipment is composed of 16 parts as follows:
1 set of tube surface pretreatment system,
1 set of mechanical frame,
1 set of sprayer unit,
1 set of waste paint gathering device,
1 set of first and back recycling drum,
1 set of first conveyer,
1 set of middle conveyer,
1set of end conveyer,
1 set of light barrier,
1 set of UV paint drying device,
1set of waste paint recycling system ,
1 set of paint supplying system  ,
1 set of cooling system,1 set of air inlet piping system,

Adjusting operation parameters (including the tube centerline height, roll speed, spraying flux .etc) ----the UV lamp starts to warm-up----cooling blower starts up----air exhaust blower start up----the first and the back recycle drums start up----feed the tube---- tube surface pretreatment ----the first press wheel descend----the spray guns start to spray paint ---- light barrier lifts----drying paint by UV lamp---- the rear press wheel descend----the light barrier close----discharge
