ii) Structure description:

Ø Grab and crane connection: The grab has two eye plates and one pin, which can connect directly to Excavator.

Ø There are two pipe connections on the grab, which can connect with pipe connections from Excavator.

Ø All pivot joints have standard lubrication grease nipples, well protected from damage. Grease nipple type: stainless steel type PT1/4.

iii) Material description:

Ø Grab head: Q345B.

Ø Peel:

Teeth: ZG20SiMn.

Other parts of peels: Q345B

Ø Pins: 42CrMo heat treated, hardness of about HB250-280. The heat treatment report is provided.

Ø Cylinder bearing: Joint bearing.

Ø Center bushes: ZGMn13.

Ø Bolts: High strength metric bolt with anti-rust treatment. All bolts smaller than M10 are stainless steel.

Ø Anti-abrasion hydraulic oil is added fully when grab delivered.
