IV. Machine Characteristic

1. The machine is suitable for machinery manufacturing, auto, container manufacturing ,switch controlled and light industry and so on, widely used all kinds of metal materials. The tensile strength of sheets is 450N/mm2 . If the plate to be sheared is of other strength , the cutting thickness should be changed. This machine adopts plate - welded construction , hydraulic driving, nitrogen return stroke, The machine is of steadiness, and good rigidity.

2.  Adopted triple support rolling guide rail inclined edge structure, the blade support on the section through three points controlled, the front support as the spring point, through the front support spring pre-press, eliminate gas of all sports, at the same time crowning for the guide rail parallel, ensure the blade clearance stability; in three points, up point as the adjustable eccentric point, through eccentric adjustment, the blade support move around down point running, through lever effect, change the clearance and reach the suitable clearance. Due to eccentric adjustment on the column of outside, motorized adjustment, therefore it is very convenience.

3.  Two hydraulic cylinders series connection. It can be effective accepted load change, avoid the cutting angle to change, and the structure is better.

4.  Hydraulic system adopted valves integration structure, good reliability, little resistance, big flowing. At the same time, the back tracking cylinder of blade supported by accumulator, when the blade arrive at the end of bottom, the active value will be off, in other words, the blade go back, so its speed will be higher. It will be more safe for worker when change the blade ,because of the accumulator. Motorized adjustment the clearance, quickly and easy to operate

V. Structure of the machine

5.1 Machine Frame

All steel welded structure, vibrating treatment of ageing for removal of internal stress, with good rigidity and stability.

5.2 Top blade beam

The top blade beam forward lean 1.5°,to benefit of enhance the quality of the section.

5.3 Roller

Adopted triple support rolling guide rail. Two ends of the blade beam were supported by top point, down point and top eccentric point., roller form to reduce the friction, keeping no clearance in the moving, enhance the cutting quality of sheet.

 

5.4 Adjust the clearance of blade

The high quality shearing section depend on the reasonable clearance of blade.

For example, if the tensile strength of the material isσb=370400N/mm2,  the elongation isδ=25. The clearance should be 10% of the thickness of steel plate. If the elongation is lower , the material is middle and high carbon steel, the clearance should be higher than the low carbon steel, it will be depended on the elongation and your experience.

Pay attention : After change the clearance , it must be do to have a test cutting until the result is approving by your request.

5.5 Changing the blade and burnishing the blade

The blade must be burnished at regular intervals, the advice timetable  as following:

Change the blade (change edge ) after  the worktime is 80----100hours

Burnish the blade after the worktime is 320----400hours

There are four cutting edges in our machine.

5.6 The rectification of the evenness of blade clearance

Before The first testing cutting or after change the blade, it must be to adjust the evenness of the blade clearance.
