A:Yes, We`re manufacturer. 2. Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in suzhou city

3. How can I get the sample from you?
A: We usually provide the free samples to customer but freight (we can discuss it)needs to be paid by customer.

4. How long does the sample be ready?
A: It`ll take 3-5 days, but for the developed OEM sample will take longer, it`ll be done by case.

5. How do I pay for the sample if I want to buy some for testing?
A: We accept the T/T and western Union for small amount.if you need small quantity for samples,it will be free.

6.May we know your MOQ?
A: We requst 500pcs for all of our lock and 1000pcs for all of our lock cylinder

7. How do I pay for the order?
A: We now only accept T/T,100% pay before the shipment.
