The first extruder produce rectangular pipe into winding forming machine , the second extruder produce plastic bar, then the plastic bar is pressed on the rectangular pipe and winding pipe comes out. Outside and inside of winding pipe is smooth and neat.

It adopts spiral die head and two extruder charging, realizing spiral rotational forming.

The advanced PLC computer control system makes it easy to operate. It`s stable and reliable.

With different design of profile tube it can produce pipes of different ring stiffness that adapt to different conditions and fields.
