Polycarbonate sheet for advertising lightbox/light diffusion polycarbonate sheet   Introduction:   It is cheaper than the other construction materials (the price is about 1/3 of aluminum board) and has more advanced features. Comparing with traditional  construction  materials, the tile has the following distinguished features:      1. Resistance to impact: Its impact strength is 250-300 times of ordinary glass, 30 times of acrylic plate with the equivalent thickness, and 2-20 times of tempered glass. It would not crack after falling down two meters with a 3kg hammer hit, known as "unbroken glass" and "ring of steel".
2. UV protection: One side of PC board is coated with anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating; the other side is through anti-condensation processing, combining UV resistance, heat insulation and anti Dettol. 3. Light weight: Only half weight of the glass, saving the costs of transportation, unloading, installation, and supporting frame. 4. Flame retardant: Certificate of national standard GB50222-95, PC board ranks B1 level of non-flammable property. PC board's flaming point is 580 ° C. It features self-extinguishing away from fire, no toxic gases made when burned and it do not contribute to the spread of fire.
5. Flexible: It can be installed into arched form, semi-circular roof and windows by the way of cold forming way on the construction site according to the design blueprint. The minimum bending radius is 150 times of other boards.
