The Principle of Hydrogen Purifying Device

Taking hydrogen by Water electrolysis, bottled hydrogen and hydrogen from PSA generation as the raw material, this device removes oxygen by catalyst, adsorbs and drys, filtrate to remove dust to obtain high purity hydrogen. It is a catalytic device which adopts special made catalyst with higher activity that can reduce the impurities in the hydrogen to 5ppm below. The catalyst can be long-term used, no need to regenerate. Therefore, this device can be widely used in many Scientific research and production departments in which high purity hydrogen is needed such as electronics, semi-conductor, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, glass, so on and so forth.
