Wagon Tipper

We can supply circle shaped tipper with electric and pneumatic power, to tip over fixed mining wagons with capacity 0.7 cubic meters, and 1ton and 1.2 cubic meters, from side of wagons. It can tip over 1-2 wagons every time and be used safely in production system of underground and ground surface site. 2 type of tippers can be supplied. 1^st type tipper can use pusher with chins which pushes wagons into the tipper with coupler coupled. 2^nd type tipper can use slope rails in which wagons slide automatically into tipper with coupler dismantled.

Tippers can be also divided into coupler coupled and dismantled, tipping over from wagons of left and right sides. If necessary for dust proof shield, it shall be specified in orders.
