Specifications This automatic production line is used in the forming processing of the board's long sides and short sides.

One. Longitudinal double chain double end tenoner(DET) Longitudinal double end tenoner adopts high-precision feeding chains, built-in pressure shoes divice,adjustable pressure,wide process range, so this machine has specialties with high speed,high output and high precision,it has gained good application of flooring length edge processing, it wide apply to the wood floor,bamboo floor, plastic floor, gypsum board, fibre cement board,and all kings of panels′processing,the cutter shafe have four stations(8 shafts), five stations(10 shafts)ang six stations(12 shafts),the other requires can make to order.

    Two. Transverse Double End Tenoner(DET) We install adjustable pushing device on the left and right two high precision feeding chains of transverse double end tenoner to ensure vertical precision of processed plates and guide edge, in the front has stock bin controlled by photoelectricity,so that it can automatic loading expediently.According to panel’s feature,each station can match jumping knife,scraper knife,up and down saw, polishing and so on function shafts, as well as can reserve spacing station.Max.working width standard have 1500mm and 2500mm.The other requires can make to order.
