Hipom RA-400 Fixing agent Specification    High concentrated Hipom RA-400 is a non-formaldehyde fastness improver of reactive and direct dyes, a kind of cationic polyamine based product. Outstanding alkali resistance that makes mercerization available after fixing finishing Free of formaldehyde that complies with environmental requirements Applied to resistant to chlorine bleaching Applicable for various fabrics by immersion method, pad method or used with resin.   Application   Hipom RA-400 is an effectively color fixing agent designed for reactive dyes, direct dyes, sulphur dyes, and acid dyes.   Method of use    Hipom RA-400 is a high concentration product and can be diluted into 2~3times by water. To guarantee subsequent fixing performance, please rinse the dyed fabrics completely to remove residual dyestuffs, salts and alkalis before fixing. Soaping it if necessary. Fixing process carried out after conventional soaping or rinsing procedures.    Immersion process: Pale 0.5~1%o.w.f, medium 1~2%o.w.f, dark 2~4%o.w.f Bath ratio: 1:10~1:20, pH value: 5.0~7.0, 50~60°C X 20min    Pad process: Pale 5~10g/L, medium 10~15g/L, dark 20~30g/L, pH 5~6. Padding followed by drying, practical dosage depends on trials.    It cannot be used with anionic auxiliary in one bath at same time.    Packing and storage 1.120kg in one plastic drum 2. Can be storage for 12months, at room temperature and in cool and dry place 3.
