Dispersing Agent DT-2570 Specification:      Dispersing agent DT-2570 is a dispersing agent designed for polyester. In high temperature dyeing process, it has following strengths: Prevent the tarring of disperse dyes, oligomer and heating pipe. Control the problem of low rubbing fastness caused by dyes precipitating. Solve uneven dyeing.   characteristics: Dispersing agent DT-2570 is suitable for many dyeing machine, such as Package, Cheese, Beam, Rapid, Air-flow and so on. It has excellent dispersion in high temperature(130~135°C), especially prevent the tarring and in-out layer color difference of cheese dyeing. Excellent penetrating power. Brightens the fabrics and increases the rubbing fastness. Long-term usage of this product can prevent scale accumulation and reduces the frequency of vat clearing.  Low foam property. No decolorization problem made it suitable for bright color, shallow light color and used with the fluorescent whitening agent. Green, environmental protection, without APEO.   Application:      Dispersing agent DT-2570 is a dispersing agent designed for polyester dyeing, especially cheese dyeing.   Method of use      After diluted with water,according to the amount of use occasions between 0.5 ~ 2g/l.      Light-color: 0.5 ~ 1g/l; dark-color: 1 ~ 2g/l      In addition: it’s excellently dispersion made it suitable for clean the dyeing machine. Recommended formula is as follows:                    Sodium hydrosulfite        4~6g/L                    Alkaline                          4~6g/L                    DT-2570                        2~4 g/L                    130°C X 60 min                   Packing and storage:    1.120kg in one plastic drum;    2. Can be storage for 12months, at room temperature and in cool and dry place;    3.
