Vimtex TA-225 Anti-static agent Specification    VimtexTA-225 is suitable for eliminating static in polyester, nylon, PVC and other synthetic fibers with excellent non-ionic antistatic performance. The general dosage is 1%~3%o.w.f, but it should be adjusted according to fabric’s version, composition and application. It is suggested to make a trail test before mix-use with other product.    Dipping method: Antistatic agent TA-225 1~3%o.w.f. Process: Dipping for 15~20minutes at room temperature (bath rate 1:10 about) ---- dehydrating ---- drying ---- shaping.    Padding method: Antistatic agent TA-225 1~3%o.w.f. Process: Pad working liquid (pick up 70%~80%) ---- Drying ---- shaping.   Packing and storage 1.120kg in one plastic drum 2. Can be storage for 12months, at room temperature and in cool and dry place 3.
