Monobloc 3 in 1 pineapple juice filling machine Pineapple juice filling machine   Our machine is designated for hot filling, and can be used for filling juice, tea, coffee... It also can be used for normal temperature filling such as water, soda water, stilled water, distilled water, pure water, mineral water, etc. , only little accessory in the machine need to be changed.   a. Our machine is combined of bottle rinsing, hot filling for juice or tea juice, capping for the bottles juice or tea drinks, and can be used for filling different kinds of fruit juice or tea drinks   b. Only little accessory need to be changed , and then the machine can be used for filling normal pressure drinks, such as mineral water, pure water , etc.   c. We adopt micro-negative pressure filling valve, which make the filling quickly, stably, accurately. And also we install the beverage recycle system, and the gas will also back separately, without contact with material ,  and it will reduce the second time pollution and oxidation;   d. Our machine can meet all the juice or tea drinking, which filling temperature is below 95°.All the filling valve and conduit can be cleaned automatically, with the CIP system connect to the machine, only need to press the button in the Man-machine interface.   e. During capping process , we use magnetic torque screwing head cover, to grab the caps, and screw the caps. The strength of capping can be adjusted stepless.   f. The man machine interface is touch screen, and we adopt famous brand PLC control the machine together with the transducer.   g.All the caps before capping will be sterilized by UV sterilization, all the cap feeding system can be controlled automatically, when there is no cap in the machine, the machine will stop automatically,  and the filling temperature will be detected, if lower than required , the filling will stop automatically, and the beverage in the filling valve will feedback for reheating, if the beverage is overheating ,the system will alarm automatically;   h. If no bottles in the machine , the machine will in the waiting state, and when the bottles are in jam, the machine will stop automatically;
