8000-10000BPH Monoblock PET bottled fruit juice making machine  Fruit juice making machine     Machine details:   a. Our machine is designed especially for bottled synthetic juice or squashing juice drinking, and tea drinks, with the filling degree max. 98, and our machine adopt pressure and rotary filling style; b. Full filling to avoid the bottle from shrink after the bottle is cooling off, and to decrease the dissolved oxygen to the utmost extent   c. Our filling machine is directly connected to the UHT sterilizer, and if the beverage temperature is lower than the required, the beverage will be recycled to the UHT for sterilizing again, to avoid any pollution , and our machine will be connected to the CIP cleaning system directly, anytime need to clean the filling valve and tunnel, just press the button in MMI, and then the system will start automatically; d. Our machine is made of SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, and all the machine accessory and surface will be well polished, good appearance and easily for cleaning; e. Our machine equipped with 100-level air purification system and using tempering glass, the inlet and outlet of the bottle will be with air clean curtains, it can prevent dirty air into the machine system f. Our machine adopt the air conveyor which will connected with thumbwheel directly, instead of screw and conveyor chains, which make changing bottles more easily, only need to replace the starwheel, bottle screw and guide plate .   g. When bottles changed, no need to adjust the height of the machines, because all the bottles’ transmission in our machine is by bottle neck holding, and when we change bottles, only need to change the related guiding board, thumbwheel, and nylon fitting, etc.   h.  All our bottle gripper is made of stainless steel , and will only touch the bottles area under the capping, and we will design special nozzle for customers’ different bottles, with our designing, the bottles inside can be cleaned totally by aseptic water i. When the machine is overload, or overheated , the alarm in the machine will ring, meanwhile the machine will stop automatically, to avoid any accident in the producing process.   j.  International famous brand PLC have been used in our machine, to ensure the machine will run efficiently, and for the electrical component and pneumatic component will be with the brand of SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, ABB, etc. k. All the machine will be controlled by touch-screen, and be easily operated, it will make low noise even in high speed production.
