Monobloc 10000BPH  PET bottled fruit juice filling machine Monobloc juice filling machine     Machine Details 1. Washing part   a.The grippers in the washing section will catch the bottles from the starwheel , all our grippers will be with special material, and during following transmission, the bottles outside will not be scratched       b. After the gripper get the bottles , the bottles will be turned over for the inside washing drastically with aseptic water, our nozzle in the rinsing machine will spray the aseptic water which can clean every corner inside the bottles       c. During the rotation of the rinsing machine, the bottles after rinsing will be turned over again, and then transmit by the starwheel to the filling section;     2. Filling part a. During the process of rinsing , filling all our gripper will only grip the bottle area below the capping place, so that the gripper will touch the filling beverage, avoid the second time pollution;   b. When the filling bottles changed, only few accessory in the machine need to be replaced, and about 2 works spend 30mins can finish the whole process, which can save lot of cost and improve the producing capacity for customer producing , especially in peak season   c. When filling , our filler will fill in the bottles, which will reduce the loss of the heat. All our machine filling temperature can be setted , if the beverage temperature is lower than required, the filling valve will stop filling automatically, and then return the beverage in the filling valve into the recycle tank, and then returned to UHT again to sterilize.     3. Sealing part a. We can design different kinds of capping machine according to customer’s different caps , such as plastic screw cap , aluminum cap, crown cap, theft deterrent cap;   b. The cap hopper can feed the cap anytime smoothly and accurately, and we can design the cap hopper as customer required whether beside the machine or on top of machine
