Automatic glass bottled beer capping machine  Beer capping machine      a. Producing capacity:1000BPH-18000BPH b. PLC controlled + English machine language c. Filling level controllable d. Filling temperature:0-4°   Our machine is mainly be used for filling PET bottled screw capped beer and glass bottled metal capped beer, will finish the rinsing filling capping process in one machine automatically.     To ensure the taste of beer, we will pump the bottles into vacuum condition twice during filling, make the vacuum lever more than 90% inside the bottles.   Filling process :   1. Pump the bottles into vacuum condition; 2. Blow carbon dioxide into the bottles; 3. Pump the bottles into vacuum condition again; 4. Blow the bottles with carbon dioxide again until the same pressure in the filling valve; 5. Filling beer; 6. Carbon dioxide pressure relief
