3. Pump vaccum twice     Our PET bottled beer filling machine is designed especially for filling and capping various kinds of PET bottles. Our machine adopt advanced technology, with compact designing, will occupy less space in the cleaning room, and with good appearance, easily operate and convenient maintenance.     Character:   1. Our machine adopt external long tube filling valve, which can decrease oxygen in the bottles easily when blowing the CO2 into the bottles; 2. The nozzle in our rinsing machine can clean every corn of the bottles with aseptic water; 3. The air convey system will transfer the bottles directly into the machine, and then through bottle neck holding technology, the bottles will be send into rinsing section. filling section, during the whole process, the machine will not touch bottle mouse, only will touch the part below bottle neck; 4. The filling level can be adjusted according to customer requirement; 5.  During filling, the CO2 will be filled continuously, to ensure the pressure constant; 6.  The capper is equipped with high pressure frothing device to decrease the air in the bottle neck ;
