VCI POWDERS EKYSUN113-P is Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) powders for corrosion protection of metals in recessed areas, interior cavities and voids. VCI powders provide an extremely efficient dry method to protect metals within an enclosed space. The VCI vaporizes and then adsorbs on all metal surfaces, reaching every part of the metal surface, including recessed areas and interior cavities. Providing mono-molecular inhibiting layer that makes protects up to 100g/cubic meter and 24 months of continuous protection. VCI powder is used for dry protection of internal cavities and voids that can be covered or closed after application.

Packing and Tranportation In bulk 50kgs or 25kgs per bag, or packed in small non-woven bags in any weight up on request. Storage / Shelf Life Storage: Store indoors at moderate temperatures5—35 C. Keep packing closed and store away from heat sources, in dry and cool place. Materials should be kept in original packaging or equivalent during storage. Shelf Life: up to 18 or 24 months, when stored indoors at moderate temperatures. CAUTION: This technical data sheet is based on GB test method. All products manufactured by KEYSUN are warranted to be first class and Free from and defects in material and workmanship. Liability under this warranty is limited to the net purchase price of any of such products Proven defective or at our option to the repair or replacement of said products upon their return to us transportation prepaid.
