Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors Paper Rolls     About us:                                                                                                                                                                Suzhou Keysun Antirust Technology Co.,ltd  is a leading developer and manufacturer of a diverse range of Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) antirust protective packing of metal during shipping and storage. We were established in 2000 years, our company has a highlyefficient, professional, dedicated and cooperating group. In 2006, our company furtherly strengthened our independent research and development abilities, increased input in scientific research and established “keysun laboratory”.     Now our main product series includes: VCI masterbatch, VCI film & bag, VCI shrink film, stretch film, VCI bag, VCI Paper, VCI powder, VCI Tablet & Emitter.     Rust problems of metals:   Metal at rest will rust. Your goods maybe put in warehouses, in containers, in exhibition halls, on construction sites etc for a period time even several years. But more frequently, the problems of corrosion arise when products are exposed to harsh transportation and varying climatic conditions. Our technique will help u to solve it easily as well it’s cost-efficient.   How VCI Works:     Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI) are organic compounds that are manufactured with Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) resin and/or Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) resin to create Corrosion Control Packaging to stop rust.     VCI works by emitting VCI molecules into the surrounding area, within an enclosure space, until it is completely saturated. These VCI molecules are safe, invisible and odourless. When the VCI molecules come into contact with the air in the enclosure space, an ionic reaction takes place between the VCI molecules and the water molecules in the air.   The VCI molecules in the surrounding enclosure are hydrolyzed into VCI ions, which form a molecular corrosion protective barrier on the metal surface. This occurs through polarization, and thus passivate the substrate from atmospheric corrosion. It normally takes approximately 24 hours for the VCI ions to be absorbed on the metal surface.   VCI Paper:      VCI paper is a new anti-rust packaging material produced by coating volatile corrosion inhibitor(VCI) on anti-rust base paper. It volatilizes automatically inhibition gas factor in normal temperature to form a molecular protective layer which will be absorbed on metallic surface so as to achieve the purpose of rust-proof.       The product is safe and of environmental protection, and its properties reach the requirement of Japan JIS international advanced standard.     Product Description:
