Brief Introduction :

There are three basic types of water treatment equipment. Reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration. But different functions.

Reverse osmosis:It is the most common filter used in drinking water treatment. It mainly filters through reverse osmosis membrane and produces water with TDS less than 20. It can remove large particle, colloid, organic impurity, heavy metal ion, bacteria from water, and it can also remove more than 97% dissolved salt and solid.

UF(Ultrafiltration filter ): Normally used for the drinking water which is good source water quality,  Remove impurities. It can effectively remove suspended particles, colloids, bacteria, viruses and other tiny pollutants in the water, while retaining beneficial substances. While filtering impurities, its pore size is large enough to retain beneficial minerals in the water, such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, etc.

Nanofiltration : In addition to filtering out impurities, it can also retain some of the monovalent ions needed by the human body. This is a better choice when the water source quality is relatively good.

There are other filtrations such as seawater desalination and brackish water. The membranes used in them are different. It mainly depends on the customer's water quality report.

Pre-treatment : 

1.First stage pretreatment( Sand Filter ): It can remove the suspended solids and gluten particles in the water, thus reduce the turbidity of water.

2.Second and Third stage pretreatment (Active carbon filter)  : It can remove the pigment, smell and a large number of biological organisms in the water
Soften the water.

RO treatment : The Reverse Osmosis device is an equipment to purify the saline water with the action of pressure difference of semi-permeable
membrane. It is called reverse osmosis, as it is counter to natural penetration direction. Difference materials have different
osmotic pressures

Ozone sterlize and Ozone mixing tower: Some bacteria may not be killed by UV, the sterilizer uses ozone to kill those bacteria.We use stainless steel 316 for ozone
tower,as it can resist Ozone very well than SS304,the working life will be much longer.

This is also an ozone sterilization coil type, which takes up less space and has better effects than mixing,

but the price is a bit more expensive.
