Automatic Rotary Type PET bottle Washing Filling Capping 3 in 1 Machine / bottled Water Plat
Bottle is entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape is not changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck way.
Adopting clamping bottleneck way to wash bottle mouth and avoiding touch screw mouth, adopting clamping bottleneck way in the whole conveying process. When bottle type changes, you need to change the board related with bottle diameter.
Filling adopts cylinder feeding structure, filling valve adopts high filling speed and mass flow rate valve which control liquids level accurately and without loss.
The capping system applies advanced French technology, when clamp the cap will screw immediately and magnetic torque type capping head.
Main PLC and frequency changer are used famous brand, such as Mitsubishi and Omron etc.

Rinse Part

* Adopting the direct connection technology between the air duct and the bottle feeding wheel, the bottle feeding screw and
conveyor chain are eliminated, and the bottle shape is simple and easy to change.

* Bottle transmission adopts the bottleneck
clamping technology throughout the whole process. Changing the bottle shape does not need to adjust the height of the equipment.
It only needs to replace the arc guide plate, dial wheel and other nylon parts related to the bottle diameter.

Filler Part

* The three-in-one unit completes the three processes of bottle washing, filling and capping at one time, with little bottle wear,
accurate and stable transmission, and convenient bottle type replacement.
