      This equipment is made to hang sugar-coated chocolate color core, no sugar chocolate molding equipment.   According to customer's chocolate core shape, such as spherical, buttons, olives, cashew shape, triangle, etc., to make the corresponding forming dies. 
 
The production process:
 
Chocolate paste in the insulation cylinder through sizing pump automatic feeding, pouring chocolate pulp mold.Mold work under refrigeration conditions, minimum and cooled to minus 28 ℃ - minus 30 ℃, make the chocolate paste in the mold of instantaneous change from liquid to solid, through conveyor belt into 5 ℃ above freezing - 8 ℃ above freezing cooling tunnel further finalize the design. 
 
Finalize the design after the chocolate into the roller screen tube remove tire tire core core burrs, automatic discharge.   Features:
