Ball mill description:

The mainshaft of this ball mill is used to drive the steel ball to rotate and collide at high speed so as to acheive the purpose of grinding. This eqipment is applicable for fine grinding chocolate and raw oil material and etc.It has advantages of fast grinding speed,high grinding fineness, low equipment loss, power saving and water saving and etc.

Ball mill -Conche machine combination system:

1.The combined use of the ball mill and conche machine unit is as combination of the advantages of two kinds of fine grinding machines in order to shorten the fine grinding time and ensure the quality of chocolate.

2.Due to grinding time of ball mill is short, too fast speed lead to chocolate can not be fully refined, moisture to evaporate and unpleasant odor and etc, the chocolate after grinded is of poor quality. while the traditonal scraper type of conche machine has a fine grinding quality,dehydration, deodorization, the refining time is sufficient,but the fine grinding time is too long with high grinding cost. this two kinds of equipment both are defective, the using effecct can not make customer satisfied.
