BEECORE Aluminium honeycomb core adhesive :     It can be used to make all kinds of honeycomb paperboard with different honeycomb equipments and production line.             The advantages of our honeycomb glue are:

Viscocity:5000-20000cps PH Value:6-8 Nonvolatile matter: 99% to 100%   Fire retardant character  Thermal decomposition humidity:above 200°C Self-ignition temperature:above 310°C Flash point:above 270°C could be used for tank ship and Chemical carrier   Solubility: soluble in acetone, acetic acid, ethyl ester etc Wastage: smooth surface at 180g/sq.m. could save and economical   Constrcution Guide: 1.Clear the dirt and grease on surface 2.Coating glue on singleside equally by zigzag system scraper or spraying equipment. 3.laminate the material on coating surface,Or could spray a little water mist on the glue surface,Then press tightly.   Storage: Products should storage in good ventilation, cool and dry condition and sealed storage. Shelf life is half year. If the shelf life expired, it can be used after checking the quality.    Introduction: Aluminium honeycomb core adhesive is consist of  component A,B an  C. One measuring unit contains 1kg-A,1kg-B,and 0.075kg of C
