  Q1. How does it work     A. The simple process has the following steps:    1.Browse the website, make an appointment, and discuss your requirements with our fashion advisors,    or just order online following the guided process.    2.Select the fabrics you desire. We have hundreds of swatches to choose from. We take your precise    measurements (or you can email them to us by filling out a measurement form), digital pictures and additional   information about your body shape and size.   3.We package your orders meticulously and ship them to you at the address provided.        Q2. How long does it take?   A. It will take up to 2 weeks for us to deliver your package . We can also try our best to accommodate   urgent requests for our existing customers.     Q3.Do you get measured every time you order?     A. No, because we keep your record on file, with a unique customer ID.    If you inform us of any changes,we will update your record.    Also, it is a good idea to re-take the measurements every 2 years or so.    Once you become our customer, you can just call us, or email us to order new clothes.
