3. Flow charts

3.1 Making cotton waxing through wick waxing machine.
3.2 Making cotton which has be made waxing cut and make wick sustainer clamp through automatic wick cutting & wick sustainer clamping assembly.
3.3 Making Montan Wax melt through instant melting box.
3.4 Put mould on the band carrier, and put melting wax into the filling assembly line, then to the first filling part, starting the filling process, when reaching the certain amount, filling process stops, after that, put the wickes (include cotton and wick sustainer) into the moulds, then the band carrier goes again.
3.5 After cooling, make candles out of the moulds, and put them into the cartoons.
