I. Hot water treatment, Waxing, Drying and Grading line includes the following components

A Hot water treatment portion
a. Dimensions. Length: 4.5 meter
Width: 1.2 meter, Height: 0.75 meter
b. Material: Complete stainless steel 304 L
c. Sprinkling system 
To keep fruit in submerge condition during the Process.
d. Heating System: Fuel gas heating/ Electric heating 
e. Water Circulation System: stainless steel head pump for water circulation. It maintains temperature uniformity distribution.
f. Elevating Conveyor: Stainless steel 304 L
g. Microprocessor Control of temperature with digital display of Temperature.
Temp. Accuracy: 47 °C (+/- 0.5 °C)
h. Validation system: It has a Multi-channel recorder with 6-12 probes. All probes/ sensor's output is displayed at front panel. This system could be connected to the printer, to print the data of each batch capacity within short intervals.

B Rinsing & waxing portion 
a. Power:0.75kw,380v,50Hz,Stepless speed reducer
b. Size:4500×1300×1510mm 
c. Structure:brush roller, spray-head, timer, wax nozzle,wax tank,filter,air blower.
d. The use of rotation brush rollers and secondary spray rinse the fruit surface,spray at the sixth brush roller to eliminate attachment
e. During the conveying process, the brushes will clean out the water on the fruit, and they are also used to brighten the fruit. Four cooling fans are installed in the middle of the brushes for drying the fruits 
f. During the second half of conveyance, timer is used to control electromagnetic wax nozzle., where edible wax is sprayed. The interval time and wax spraying time can be set freely. After spraying, the rotated brush rollers will make the wax sprayed homogeneously spread on the fruit. 

C Heating & drying portion

c. Heated by natural gas burner and intelligent temperature controller is installed. The temperature controller can be set freely and automatic temperature control
d. The temperature in the drying tunnel is from low to high. and the wind in the tunnel is closed inner loop. Centrifugal blower to achieve the internal hot and cold air convection
e. Transport the waxed fruit in the drying box, and let the surface water evaporated. The drying process could improve the brightness of the fruit.

D Automatic loader for grading machine
