GH-1 curing and drying chamber is composed of main box, sub-box, controlling system.
And there are hot air circulating system, heating system, humidification System,
temperature&humidity control system and air inlet&outlet system between the main box and
sub-box.

7. Cast-on-strap machine
As per the current demand and production features, we developed ZHX200 Cast-on-strap
machine, it is used for casting and welding for the plate groups in battery assembling process.
The machine is fully automatic and controlled by a PLC, which has 4 working positions. The
machine needs only 2 operators, for the first position, the operator has to put the plate
groups into the clamp and tighten it, for the 2 nd position, all the movements(aligning,
flipping, lug brushing, soldering flux brushing, etc.) are automatic. For the 3 rd position
also fully automatic (aligning, casting, cooling, etc.). The other operator has to take out the
plate group from the clamp into the battery cell.
