The PSF plant takes virgin PET Chips, recycled Bottle Flakes, Popcorn and Lumps, etc., as raw material, with continuous drying (or batch drying through Vacuum Dryer), high pressure melt spinning process engineering and VFD controlled Spinning & Stretching process engineering to produce normal Staple Fibre, High Tenacity Low Elongation Staple Fibre and Hollow Fibre. Single plant capacity is 15T. P. D. to 80T. P. D.
