Product Description
Product Description
Bicomponent Fibre means two or more polymer that cannot be mixed together at fibre cross section. Mainly can be divided into Sheath/core, Split, Island in the sea, Trilobal and Mixture type, etc.
The Bicomponent Fibre plant takes two different Chips as raw material, with high pressure melt spinning process engineering and VFD controlled Spinning & Stretching process engineering to produce Bicomponent Staple Fibre. Single plant capacity is 10T. P. D. To 50T. P. D.
When designing Bicomponent Equipment, our Engineers had fully considered the differences like Inherent Viscosity, Melt Point, fluid characteristics between different polymers. Based on this, excellent Spinning System design come to come to fulfillment. From the Extruder, two piece melt flow delivered to every spinning position of spin beam is uniform, equal quantity, same speed.
A typical Bicomponent Fibre Equipment Process Flow as following:
Spinning Line
Hopper (component A, B) → Screw Extruder (component A, B) → Filter (component A, B) → Spin Beam (Meter Pump and its Driving System, Spin Pack, Spinneret) → Quenching Unit→ Inter floor Duct → Draw-off Wall → Capstan Roller → Sunflower Wheel Gearing unit → Fibre Can Traverse System
Draw Line
Can Creel → Inlet Thread Guide → Tow Guide Stand → Dipping Bath → 1st Draw Stand → Draw Bath → 2ND Draw Stand → Draw Steam Chest → 3rd Draw Stand → Tow Stacker → Crimper Steam Box → Crimper → Tow Conveyer→ Relaxer → Tow Tension Stand → Cutter → Chain Plate Conveyor → Baling Press
