Description:

water treatment system, also called water filtration sterilizer system, is the process of purifying the raw water by a series equipment and devices to be drinkable. this system is used to remove the suspended solid, color& smell, bacteria, microbe, metal hydronium and chemical pollution contained in raw water. the water purification process affects the quality of the products, as well as the transportation. the water treatment system adopts the modern, energy-saving and effective membrane separate technology, ozone sterilizing and UV sterilizing to guarantee the production safely and healthily. the water treatment equipment includes silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion exchanger, precision filter, reverse osmosis, hollow fiber filter, ozone generator, ozone mixing tank and water tank etc.

1.1 The flows and equipments are designed to meet the client’s technics. The demands are as follows,

• Purpose: purified water
• Total water consumption: 1.5m³/h
• Output water: purified water 1m³/h
• Configuration: pre-treatment 1.5m³/h,first-stage RO purified water 1m³/hr and some interrelated assistant equipment.
• RO first-stage: output rate 75%.
• Operation process: pre-treatment manually, Reverse osmosis automatically.
• Water supply: continuously

1.2 The main gist are as follows,

• Analysis of original water: the original water analysis supplied by the user
• Boundary : Entrance of the original tank to exit of the finished tank
• Other basic conditions which the design involved will be identified in the technical discussions

1.3 System requirements of the environment

• Inlet pipe: inlet pipe shall be sent to the entrance of original tank
• Power supply: coping with the requirement of the scheme
• Outlet pipe: exit of the finished tank.
• Leechdom:the chemical reagent shall be supplied by the user
• Wastewater:to the factory ditch.

the configuration of water treatment system is decided by raw water quality. the client should send water analysis report of raw water to us for detailed proposal.
