Detail Description
Our plastic blow moulding machine have some advantages as following:
1.we use refulx throttle valve to make machine more steady.
2.we use two tie rod so that it is not easy make mould platen transshape when the blow pin push down.
3.we enlarge the distance from oil pipe to valve platen.so that it is not easy make oil pipe broken.
4.Usually in market machine.big pump and small pump can be Convert .the disadvantage is the clamping will no have way to control as soon as the valve have any problem.
but our big pump control move mould and open mould.small pump control clamping mould.no have this disadvantage.
5.enlarge the connect size of Inflatable head so that make cooling effect good.
6.We make plastic blow moulding machine frame by ourself.our frame is more stronger.
