Cutting with groover-sled and is easy to make various groove shape on foam
Cut rope and webbing, with fine cutting edge and no disperse
Attached with cutting foot, hot knife cut synthetic fiber cloth without backup under cloth, seals cutting edge as well and cut seal line on bag
Especially nice for cutting sail cloth, awnings and filter cloth

Preparation:

Select hot knife blade corresponding to cutting use
Loosen knurled nut when device is cold
Insert each leg of blade and tighten knurled nuts
Make sure that blade and cutting head have optimal contact
If both legs of blade are not properly installed and unit will not heat up

Cutting:

Actuate switch, indicator light and blade will heat up
Avoid direct short circuit between cutting heads
Don't use metallic rulers for guiding blade
Clean cutting heads with enclosed wire brush
Please make sure blade is connected to cutting material before blade heats up

Caution:

Always operate hot knife in well ventilated space
Never burn off the excess residue on hot knife blade, blades will over heated and be warped
Only operate hot knife when is in contact with insulation board
Keep hot blades away from skin, clothing and other flammable materials
Allow blades to cool before handling and hot knife may cause injury or burns to exposed surfaces
If temperature inside tool is too high, unit will get hot and internal thermal protectors will turn off, after cool and hot knife will operate again

Inner: plastic toolbox or Al toolbox
Outer: carton (small, medium and large), wooden box or according to customer's demand
