Project evaluation
According to your demand for agricultural film recycling business, we'd like to recommend our standard film/bag washing line with an input capacity of 200-500kg/hr. This recycling line is composed of garbage separation (manual separation), crushing, continuous washing and dewatering & drying parts. Please check the below information:

2.1 Material characteristics
The material to be treated is film/bag with contamination of:
Residues of original film or bag content
Metal, dust or sand accumulated during transportation or permanence in air
The materials can be in bales or loose, the operators should open the bale before introducing material into the line.
Finished product: scraps

2.2 Basic Infrastructure (Provided by customer)
a. Space for film washing line in workshop: About 88±50 square meters with height 4 meters (Adjustable according to your factory. Please show us the design drawing of your workshop).
b. Electricity network: 380V/50Hz (Adjustable according to your local voltage standard)
c. Wire/cables: wires/cables from customer's general control cabinet to the main control cabinet for film washing line; all electrical cable from the main control cabinet to each machine.
d. Water supply: ~6 tons per hour water circulation supplying required
e. Heat supply: A steam boiler and steel pipes covered with temperature-preservation layer to hot washer
f. Means for lifting the machines when unloading and positioning
g. Everything else not clearly mentioned above
h. Total dimensions :250000mmX2500mmX3000mm
2.3 Energy consumption:
a. Electricity requirement
Total power installed: 199 kw
Actual power consumption percentage: normally electricity power consumption is 70% of the total power, i.e. ~139 kw
. Water requirement
Total water requirement: About 6-8 Ton/hr
Most water can be recycled if it is treated in a specific water treatment system.
c. Manpower requirement
Max. Qty. of labors: 6 persons
