Usage and Features:
Our F1500C Spiral Duct Forming Machine for Suction and Exhaust Air Duct is improved model of F1500A and F1500B,It is suitable for making spiral tube, pipe, duct widely used in all kinds of industrial.
 
1. It is can use two kinds of mould of F1500A/B and F1600,Steel Belt Moulds and Fixed Mould.
2. Fully auto material feeding, forming (seaming), lubrication and tube cutting.
3. With length safety system, auto stop when pass setting length.
4. With ideal flying slitter, no noise and hot sparks, pipe end smooth and neat.
5. Adopt photoelectric tracking system.
6. Completed with Mitsubishi PLC Control and Frequency Converter from Japan, speed could  be adjusted.
7. With emulsified liquid instead of oil lubrication system, pipe & duct not impossible to wash so   that saves time and labor.
8. Different mould to meeting respective request, just change mould to make various diameter.
9. Complete with meter cutting length control, meter could be controlled and 
  Calculated; when reach set meter, could slit automatically.
10. Complete with all safety features, with emergency stop button.
11. Completed with safety cover to keep operator, when cover open, machine stop automatically.
