DESCRIPTION
The wagon body is of reasonable structure, with light tare and heavy load. During its design, equivalent strength principle is used, and advanced FEA software is adopted to analyze the structure, and sheet molded variable section structure is used audaciously. Steel structure adopts the Q450NQR1 high strength weathering steel, and center sill adopts Z-steel with good manufacturing process which conforms to the strength requirement of AAR., effectively reduces the wagon tare weight and increases the wagon strength, to ensure that the wagon body is endurable and wear well.
The company adopt industrial design philosophy to make product design commercialized, with pretty appearance, simple structure, reliable properties and wide application fields, as well as to simplify the manufacturing process, in order to be convenient to use and repair. Bogie is advanced SCHEFFEL MKVII bogie with small rim wear and good kinetic property for curvature, which can improve the life and operating quality of bogies. Just because the wagons can pass very small curve radius, so such wagon can be applied in many fields. Rotary F type coupler is adopted. Such wagon can mechanically discharge on dumper in groups to improve the discharging efficiency.
MOS special wagon is used on track with track gauge 1067mm and is applicable for large plants and mines with mechanical discharging device, to transport other ores as manganese ore besides iron ore on the railway.
