3. The spraying duration and spray volume for fixed mould and moving mould can be adjusted. Also, the blowing time can be adjusted to save coating and improve the quality of castings.
4. The function of ascending and blowing is possessed to clean the dirt fixed on the mould surfaces during ascending upon completion of work to keep the mould surfaces clean.
5. The dosage of release mould can be adjusted for each nozzle.
6. High-speed cylinder is adopted and the ascending and descending speeds are stable. The speed can be decelerated during rapid falling, which will extend the service life of buffer.
