CNC Cylindrical Grinder (MK1350)

Main Application and Features

MK1350 CNC cylindrical grinder is a kind of straight-plunge grinder. It is mainly used for grinding multi-journal cylindrical parts.

Imported two-axis coordinating CNC system is equipped for the machine to drive wheelhead and worktable separately. Dynamic bearing is adopted for wheelhead spindle. The machine has following functions: Wheel automatic plunge, worktable automatic jump-in, workpiece size automatic measuring, wheel automatic two-axis coordinating dressing and wheelhead automatic compensation after wheel dressing. Automatic clamping device and automatic tracking steady-rest can be selected according to customer's request. Therefore, workpiece can be finished processing automatically except installing and extracting workpiece manually.

Fanuc or Siemens CNC system is equipped and inside there is PLC, CRT display. AC servo motors are equipped for worktable and wheelhead. Separate electric cabinet and operation table in good sealing are used.
