Main Application and Features

MK1320 CNC cylindrical grinder is a kind of CNC straight-plunge grinder. It is mainly used for grinding multi-journal cylindrical parts. Imported two-axis coordinating CNC system is equipped for the machine to drive wheelhead and worktable separately. Imported high-precision roll bearing with good rigidity and precision is used on wheel spindle. Headstock is driven by AC frequency-inverting motor at infinitely adjustable speed to adapt different workpiece specification. The machine has following functions: Wheel automatic plunge, worktable automatic jump-in, workpiece size automatic measuring, wheel automatic two-axis coordinating dressing and wheelhead automatic compensation after wheel dressing. Automatic clamping device can be selected according to customer's request. Therefore, workpiece can be finished processing automatically except installing and extracting workpiece manually.
