H206CNC Universal Cylindrical Grinding Machine

Main Applications and Features:

The machine is designed for high-efficiency and high-accuracy grinding of internal & external cylindrical surfaces, end-faces and shoulder faces of sleeve- & disc-like workpieces. It can also grind internal and external tapered surfaces.
Hydro-static spindle system is employed for worktable, and the spindle is rotated by the motor via the pulleys.

Only after the oil-supply pressure for the worktable hydro-static bearing is normal, can the worktable be started. When the wheel makes collision against the workpiece or the wheel motor is overloaded, the machine will automatically stop and alarm.

Two sets of wheel spindle systems are available respectively for internal and external grinding. The grinding rod can be changed as per user's requirements.
The vertical feed mechanism for the wheel spindle is driven by the servo motor via the ballscrew.

The horizontal feed mechanism for the wheel spindle is driven by the servo motor via the ballscrew.

With INA preloaded linear roller guide system, X-axis and Z-axis can be moved with high rigidity, high efficiency and high geometric accuracy.
By manual adjustment, the wheel spindle can be rotated by ± 450.

Diamond-stylus with two-axes simultaneous dressing is located in the front of the machine.

Workpiece dimensions are obtained by stroke-limit grinding.
