Reel Crabs for Wire Coil/Cable Reel

We have designed and manufactured new slip moment type reel crabs for wire coils, which have been widely used for the power and control wire that support the attached parts to all kinds of lifters, and ensure synchronous operation. Comparing with the traditional spring types and other types of reel crabs for wire coils, our new products have several advantages as following.
1. Numbers of phases and slip ring current are adjustable as requested, thus it can meet the demands of different number of phases and different current;
2. The most appropriate tensile force to the wire with different diameters and different weight is available to maintain the normal service lift of the wire;
3. Workable free of limits by length and height while it's difficult for the spring type reel carb to work for the wire certain length and heigth;
4. with a compact and scientific design, the sychronous operation between wire and equipment will not be influenced even if the wire is not arranged well.
with these advantages, this product has been widely used in large steel-making factories, port machinery factories, crane factories, etc. All over China.
