PC Foam Generator (Chamber) for Foam Bladder Tank

Bladder Tank Foam Proportioning System is widely use in this kind of place like oil tank area, chemical plant, hangar, oil field, power station, boiler room, underground garage, dangerous goods warehouse, chemicals garage and etc...
The Bladder Tank Foam Proportioning System, it's consist of foam tank, bladder, pressure proportioner, inlet tube, safe valve, control valve and some assistant components and parts. When pressure flow pass through proportioning mixer, proportioning mixer will shunt the pressure flow in proportion, a fraction of water come into foam liquid storage tank's interlayer where with the capsule, extrude the bladder and make water and foam liquid selfmixing in proportion as 6% or 3%. Deferent foam miscible liquids supply to splashing device (foam tank, foam gun, fire monitor and etc) and produce air foam and use to put out fire
1, PC-4 Foam generator (chamber)
The flow of foam solution is 4L/S and foam production is 25L while working pressure is 0.5MPA;
2, PC-8 Foam generator (chamber)
The flow of foam solution is 8L/S and foam production is 50L while working pressure is 0.5MPA;
3, PC-16 Foam generator (chamber)
The flow of foam solution is 16L/S and foam production is 100L while working pressure is 0.5MPA;
4, PC-24 Foam generator (chamber)
The flow of foam solution is 24L/S and foam production is 150L while working pressure is 0.5MPA;

Working pressure range: 0.3-0.0.6Mpa.
The above mentioned is for Vertical type, we also have horizontal type.
